A busy Bank of America but why have multiple windows if you're only going to service people at 1. ATM outsides, one is always broken. The greeter shows up when she wants. No way they'll get 5 stars. Time is money. Help us get in and out. The location is so big to make room for all the waiting people. Get it right guys.

I had the most professional experience with personal banker, Brian Gray from the Berwyn, IL. branch. Mr. Gray was extremely efficient and was a true subject matter expert in his position. He was able to answer every question that I had pertaining to my account and additionally assisted me with a variety of other services that BOA had to offer. I really appreciate the personable and professional experience that Mr. Gray offered. Overall, the entire staff was very pleasant and I will happily continue my banking with BOA.
